Templates License

Every Google Forms template published on Formtorial, in any language edition, is free to use under these terms.

• Personal and commercial use: copy a form for your wedding, your class, your shop or your clients. No payment and no registration.
• Edit everything: rewrite questions, add sections, change the theme. The copy in your Drive and the responses it collects are yours.
• Your privacy notice is your job: the privacy block in each form contains placeholder text. Before publishing your copy, replace it with a notice that names you as the controller and describes how you will use the answers.
• No reselling or re-hosting: do not sell the templates or publish them as a template collection of your own. To share a template, link to its page on formtorial.com.
• The Formtorial name and the site's own content are not part of the license.
