What you can write about

• Questions about a template. How to copy a form, edit its questions or send the responses to a spreadsheet, if the help page does not answer it.
• Errors in a template. A form that does not copy, a preview link that does not open, a question that does not make sense or a typo.
• Requests. A form you miss in the library.
• Use of the templates. Doubts about what the templates licence allows.
• Privacy. Access, rectification or deletion of your data, as explained in the privacy policy.

If you are reporting a problem with a template, include the link to its page and what happened when you tried to copy or use it. A screenshot also helps.

Response time

We usually reply within a few working days. Error reports go first.
