Who makes Formtorial?

What Formtorial is

Formtorial is a free library of Google Forms templates: RSVPs, registrations, sign-up sheets, quizzes, timesheets, order forms and surveys. Each template is a real form living in Google Forms. You preview it as your respondents will see it, then copy it to your own Google Drive with one click and edit whatever you need. There is no account on this site, no newsletter gate and no paid tier. The site is funded by advertising.

How the templates are built

Every form is built question by question with a script, then given its header image, colors and font in the Forms editor. The sample questions follow a data-minimization rule: no health, religion, ethnic origin, sexual orientation or political and union questions, no ID document numbers, and no date of birth unless the form genuinely needs it. Each form says in its description that it is a sample, and ends with a privacy block you replace with your own notice, a required checkbox to confirm it was read and a separate, optional checkbox for communications.

Who is behind it

Formtorial is made by Jorge Belda, who also runs Sheetorial (Google Sheets templates) and SitesAvant (Google Sites templates). Found a question that could be better or a form that stopped working? Write to [email protected].
